Return of the Joker is GOLD

It was a great film, though after seeing it the first time I was left wishing Joker had been more brutal before his death. I think I was just left disappointed none of the events of The Killing Joke made it into DCAU continuity.:(

I wasn't too happy with Harlequin's disappearance, and it's incredibly unlikely that Tim would've gone his whole life without noticing that little chip(and of course all it took was an electrical shock to disable it) but it didn't affect the overall quality of the film.

I really liked this movie! I haven't seen this movie in like 3-4 years though!
The other version, the more violent version with the "BANG" flag in the gun is a better death sequence than the electrical mishap!!!

I thought Joker was plenty brutal. Killing his henchman the way he did, and especially what he did to Tim were plenty nasty.
I was somewhat dissapointed with Harley's disappearance at first, it seemed kind of abrupt. The way they wrapped that thread up at the end, though, I thought was just perfect. And I had my nit-picks with the film too, like the whole microchip business, but the overall film was so incredible, they don't bother me.

Just re-watched this film yesterday.

I know Beyond had its fair share of detractors, but I still think this movie was an amazing addition to the Batverse.

The final scene where Terry taunts The Joker?

I prefer MOTP to this not I hate this movie, it's good to watch I just like MOTP better.

Yeah this among the top animated superhero films. I just sort of have mixed feelings about Joker discovering Batman's identity. On the one hand I wish he'd done more with that information, but on the other it makes sense to me that he wouldn't really care.

Well the microchip bussines is something that could be explained easily. Having watched JLU and Epilogue (And overall everything that happens in that series) It´s pretty plausible that such technology exists, and that The Joker could have robbed it from cadmus.

I thought it was fantastic that at the end, The Joker learn Bruce identity, and that the brawl between them was more personal.

The torture scene was shocking (no pun intended) I remember thinking, "How the hell did they get away with that?! He's a kid!"

I love the character of Terry McGinnis. I'm amazed at how well people responded to a new Batman that wasn't Bruce Wayne.
well that's why they had the PG version. personally the flashback sequence is the reason i watch that movie. quite possibly my favorite Batman/Joker scene in any medium.

I love MOTP and ROTJ equally with a passion. Seriously, for me I believe the animated Joker here absolutely "pwns" the heck out of anything Heath did in TDK. Heck, I'd go as far as saying these two movies both pwn the heck out of Nolan's batman films, and I love Nolan's batman films!

The way Mark Hamill delivers that monologue to Bruce sends a shiver down my spine every time, and frankly I'm disgusted comic writers didn't think of something like this earlier (making a Robin his son), considering how cliche the "Joker kills someone close to Bruce" thing has become.

Its pretty call, in an episode of BB you can see the Joker's skeleton in a cave(they say in the film they put jokers body in a cave at the bottem of arkham) its got the purple suit and flower and everythign lol
the episode where the joker gang takes a U.S. prototype ship for a joy ride.:batman:

I enjoyed this film although I thought Must Love Dogs was much better.

I love the film quite a bit and still watch it once in a while!

The green was probably done as a lighting effect to add the element/feel of tension, terror and foreboding... or as wikipedia says: The Joker's green face on the poster is a reference to the 1928 silent film The Man Who Laughs starring Conrad Veidt in the titular role - a photo of which inspired Bob Kane to create the Joker in the first place.

Yeah... Unfortunately, no DVD's of Batman Beyond (or Batman of the Future for those in the UK) is available. The movie did come out on video, and possibly DVD... but it's impossible to find now. You really should import region 1 DVD's.
