I dunno if a thread like this has been made, but if so i apologize.

basically, with ringtones being 2+ bucks each and sometimes they never have what you want i was wondering if there's a software out there where i can make my own ringtones from mp3s and stuff that i have?

free would be best lol

that should do it. Once the music file is converted, upload your song and go to the location with your phone browser and download.

basically i want to cut snippets of songs for ringtones.

some songs i like are available to buy but they're not very long or they arent the sections i want.

Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)for editing MP3s or whatever.

Myxertones (http://www.myxertones.com/) for sending them to your phone as a text message attatchment. You should be able to save the sound then set it as a ringtone.

Audacity is totally free and Myxertones only costs however much recieving a text message is.
