Starting January 9th, site maintenance is ongoing until further notice, but please report any other issues you may experience so we can look into.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • X/Twitter

Due to recent news involving X, formerly Twitter and its owner, the staff of SuperHeroHype have decided it would be best to no longer allow links on the board. Starting January 31st, users will no longer be able to post direct links to X on this site, however screenshots will still be allowed as long as they follow Hype rules and guidelines.

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

RIP Celebrity Thread - Part 4

Just found out David Lynch passed away and I feel unbearingly depressed. RIP to the one of the most terrific storytellers we've ever had.

RIP for David Lynch. His version of DUNE was flawed, but I can't take my eyes off of it. And TWIN PEAKS is a masterpiece of television.

RIP to Bob Uecker, the best deadpan comedian ever.

only thing of his that I saw all the way through was Dune last year for it's 40th saw it on the big screen it was EPIC.

RIP Joan Plowright. I remember her from a few movies I watched a lot as a kid. Dennis the Menace, Last Action Hero, the live action 101 Dalmatians...

I'm not into football at all, but Denis Law is certainly a name (and face) I remember from my childhood. RIP
