They won't because that'd look too similar to High Life and Robert isn't really a fan of repeating the same looks for characters. Plus based on Reeves influences I'm thinking he'll go a bit more classic.

Also, this is just the viewpoint of a straight dude, but is it just me or does he look better nowadays than he ever did during his Twilight days? He still looks pretty young, but idk, I just feel he looks better now than he did before, maybe it's just my perception because of his more mature persona nowadays:

No need to dye anything. Kilmer wasn't dark-haired and he still looked good. Both in and out of suit.
