While that is true, I feel like they'd want to get the Batsuit reveal out of the way to avoid a first look through poor quality set pics. a first look at Batman is a pretty big deal and while The Suicide Squad is popular, I don't think its entirely on the level of Batman.

I suppose it also depends on Reeves. Zack Snyder was the kind of filmmaker that liked giving fans some teases. Reeves may be cut more from the JJ Abrams cloth with his "mystery box." It's also worth considering that Suicide Squad has been filming for months, and with the exception of a few initial set photos we haven't seen anything else out of that production.

We got the Suicide Squad cast photo about a month into their shooting. I vividly remember that time, because literally the next day there were set photos of everyone shooting in their costumes. Not to mention Ayer tweeted out that infamous Joker reveal before anything was even shot.

Yeah, but this is all dependent on if they're shooting location scenes with Batman. With Nolan, we saw plenty of location scenes, with BvS, it was all on a set, and then with something like SS, we got a location scenes of Batman on Joker's car, etc.

So again, it all depends. For al we know, Matt Reeves is only shooting Batman on a closed set. Who knows?

It's worth noting that Snyder posted a picture of Batman about a month into filming on BvS, and if I remember correctly we never got any set photos of Affleck in costume.

Right, which is my point: it's all dependent. We don't know if Batman will be on location or on set. And if he is on a closed set, we don't know if Reeves will release a pic like Snyder did. Snyder didn't have to do that.

But who knows, maybe they'll release a pic today? I doubt it, but it could happen. Either way, it's gonna happen at some time, so I can't wait for when it does.

Unless they won't be able to hide Batman in full costume from cameras, they probably shouldn't reveal the whole Batman suit similarly to Snyder. Keep it intriguing like the first Ledger pic.

Yeah, everyone's out here already anticipating Batsuit reveals -- and I'm just thinking to myself hoping they've delayed that several months until Rob can "finalize" his build for the suit mold.
