Rocky 6

As far as I know, there are no Rocky Legends follow up game in production, which sux :cmad: I hope there are plans if not now, sometime in 2007 for the current gen consoles and the new. As for the Rocky collection, there is one scheduled to be released in December if I'm not mistaken. Since that's when RB is released, it will only include the previous five films. I will wait it out until the whole series is released in a single box set. The box set to be release has a couple of extras.
yeah, i apparently made the *mistake* of buying the Rocky Anthonlogy last year, which has no extras... as a matter of fact, the set was advertised as coming with a documentary about Sly, but it wasn't included when i bought the set at Wal Mart, and when i called Wal Mart to ask about it, they said that they weren't selling it with the bonus disc at all...

...stupid...aggravating...

unless there are a lot of extras, though, i guess i'll just be happy with the set i have, and i'll get the new one separately...

now if they come out with 2-disc versions of all of them, or something like that, then i think i'm just gonna start foaming at the mouth! :cmad:

^^^The main reason you should never, ever buy any kind of "editions" after the original dvd is released. Unless it's Sin City.

Otherwise, it's all just a money making skeem. X-3 was packaged and sold for more with some lame comic. That's it. And a fancier package that doesn't fit into my dvd rack. Unbelieveable.

Heres hopin for that RB game soon.

:cmad:  I hope Sly gets the word there's demand for the game. I mean, he has an actual "videogame" on the film where he "fights" Dixon for the first time.

I think EA should make Rocky a hidden character in the game. So they get it right.

For the Fight Night franchise? It could happen since ESPN was involved in RB's production.

I ordered the box set from Amazon.com. It arrived WITHOUT the DVD twice.:cmad: I went to a Borders bookstore and said it was a gift which I wanted to change for the extra DVD box set. They had the exact same box set but there was a sticker that said it included the documentary, so I exchanged it and got it.:woot: I'll wait for the whole collection to be released on a box set. I hope there are alot of extras. They've had enough time to make one heck of a collection.

I hardly ever buy DVD's of films I love if thay are not special editions, unless its some 1950's horror that I feel the need to watch that week.

Now larger and in higher quality than ever, the teaser poster:

Does anyone think this might be the best film of the series?
Being possibly a bit more gritty than the others and also that the fight scenes are going to be the most realistic filmed.

I reckon it could be the best of the series.
You know Stallone was actually knocked out filming w/ Tarver and taken to hospital, hahah kinda funny, but you can see in the trailer that the punches look a lot more like they are actually connecting than the previous entry’s.

I am well f**kin pumped for this film.
Who got to see Rocky V in the cinema?
I did, my dad took me when I was ten for my first Rocky film and I have been a fan ever since.

I just hope I can score some tickets to an early screening in Philly or something, since I'm about fifteen minutes away.

I did. But I was too young to really understand what Rocky was all about then. I was more into Rambo then.
Only years later I really understood how great and inspirational this character was.
I think this may be one of the best. I think it could easily surpass IV, III and maybe V.
But I'm really looking forward to see what Sly has got in line for us...

I really do think this could be the 2nd best film in the series - behind the original of course. I want to see a new trailer - we should see one soon enough...........

It looks like he lost the left arm. I was hoping this shot to be the poster:

I don't think any Rocky movie without Adrian is going to rank that highly for me. She's too important to the core of the character, and it's too much of a downer that they're offing her. I'm still not sure about that decision... or the decision to once AGAIN put a rift between him and his son... but we'll see how it goes.

Watched Rocky IV last night, that is a kick ass film.
I'd like it if Drago, Clubber and Tommy Gun are somehow mentioned in RB so we find out what became of them after their time in the ring.

Yeah, me too. It could still be used for the final poster though.

His arm is cut off because in the original shot he was holding his dog Punchy.

What the hell?! Stallone put Mike "Serial Rapist" Tyson in this damned movie?!
