The new cast is rounded out with Florian “The Big Nasty” Munteanu as Viktor Drago, Dolph Lundgren returning to the role of Ivan Drago, and Russell Hornsby as Buddy Marcelle.

Nice to see Little Duke and Stuntman Wheeler return. Was hoping Milo Ventimiglia would return as Rocky's son. Maybe he'll cameo?

She broke Sly's heart 30 years ago but I'm sure he's over it by now.

This was from a few months ago where she makes a jab that Stallone might not be over her if they asked her to be in the movie.

Time heals all wounds, I guess. Or at least Sly's ok with it as it certainly serves the story.

Hell, there were rumours of Arnie sleeping with Nielsen while filming Red Sonia when both she and Sly were dating [upon which Sly supposedly retaliated by advising a journalist to look into Arnold's dad being a Nazi cohort during the war] so if Stallone and Arnie can first become business partners and then friends after being such bitter enemies then I don't see why Sly is not above bringing Nielsen back into the fold all these years later.

That probably could have been spoiler tagged but it's also too early to tell whether that's actually a spoiler since [BLACKOUT] he might be a big part of marketing this movie due to This Is Us being one of the biggest shows on TV. Either way, I'm really glad to see him back since his absence in Creed was noticable given Rocky's cancer diagnosis. [/BLACKOUT]

I actually think his absence totally worked in Creed.

1. Because the photo of "Rocky's son" was of Sly's real son. It allowed for that real moment where you see his sadness over the death of his son.
2. It helped make it seem like Donny/Rocky where fighting together on this.

Sure a simple phone call between each other could have worked. However, I'd like to think Rocky just didn't want to pressure his son's life anymore. Wanted him to not have to worry about the old man.

Seems Rocky is visiting him this movie so they can have their moment(s) in this one.

Robert or Rocky Jr. being in this film makes sense given that his father got his diagnosis and the son was nowhere in sight. I hope Rocky his son is actually here for his old man given that his son has already lost his mother Adrian. Plus if Bianca is supposed to be Adonis' Adrian then it should only make sense that she ends up pregnant with Adonis' baby in this one.
