So the movie is longer than all the Raimi films (even Spidey 2.1), except for SM3, which is longer by 3 minutes.

So this movie is 136 minutes, how long was SM3? I thought it was right around 136 as well.

According to IMDB, SM1 was 121 minutes, SM2.1 was 135 minutes, and SM3 was 139 minutes.

Any time over 120 minutes for these types of movies is usually a good thing. 90 minutes for these types of movies is usually a bad thing. So, it's a good time.

Well, now we know that if it feels rushed because it literally doesn't have the time. If it feels rushed it is because they screwed up the pacing and bit off more than any movie could chew.

Don't have most of the story in the first 20 minutes and a hour or so of just goofing around like in S-M 3.
