hey, just wondering if some one could help me out, i duno whether to get this game so i just wanna ask a few things.


1. how good is the story?

2. is the character customisation (sp) very good? like could i make someone resembeling the joker if i wanted ? lol

3. can you customise your clothes?

4. over all how good is it?

I can't speak for the story, but the character customization is very well done.

I think you'd be able to make something close enough to the Joker. You can't make "The Joker" but you could get close facially.

I doubt you can get the Joker's clothes, but you wear purple in the game, so.

Well I don't know if it's possible to get exactly what you want your Joker to look like, but you can definitely exagerate the features to get it as close as you want.
3. can you customise your clothes?
No, you can only buy them, though the fashions do change with the stores you buy them from.
4. over all how good is it?

I cared more for the GTA characters. The gameplay imho is better than the GTA games, the driving is smoother, there's ragdoll effects(if you hit someone they go flying like a ragdoll) although the end of the game is lame as hell.

Don't go into Saints Row looking for an award winning story. The story is pretty lame. But the missions are fun.

You could probably get pretty close to The Joker. You can make white skin and green hair and large mouth pointy chin and nose, I never thought of trying, but i'm sure you could get pretty close.

There are 3-4 different stores that have different types of clothes, there is a decent amount of clothes. Some good suit jackets and coats. I never had too much trouble with the clothes.

The gameplay is great. It is GTA but improved in every way. The controls are perfect. It is an amazingly fun game to play. (Rag Doll!) The visuals are good, good crashes and explosions.


All in all, Saints Row is the funnest replay game I own for 360.

I've been thinking of picking it up for a while now but between it's price still being $30 and Crackdown kicking ass, I just don't know if there's anything in the game making it worth $30 when I've played all GTAs, True Crime and Crackdown already.

well its £30 here in the uk, so i kno were ur comming from. i wanna rent it really befoe i get it but we dont have it at work to rent so i might just have to risk it.

I never even compared the two before you came along. They aren't really anything alike, came out at very different times. It's all so confusing.
