Saints Row: The Third

So Volition announced the third game in the Saints Row franchise. Not sure of the actual release date, but I'm sure more details will emerge. Anybody plan on getting it? Depending on if they made improvements over the previous 2 games will justify whether or not I pick it up.

I have played Saints Row 2, great character customization but it was kinda boring compared to alot of the other sandbox games out there...

I loved Saint's Row 2. It was more of a spiritual successor to GTA 3 than GTA 4 was. Lots of fun, over-the-top ridiculousness. I'll most likely play the third game too.

I guess it kinda was very reminiscent of the last-gen GTA titles. But personally I prefer GTAIV.

The only expansion on the marketplace I know of is Shivering Isles. I'm interested for sure coz more Saints Row 3 ain't a bad thing but I'm not gonna buy it blind like I did the season pass.
