Sam Raimi pulls EGM Spider-Man 3 VG Article.

Yep for many of us hoping to finally get a glimpse of venom got our hopes crushed this month. EGM Magazine came in today and it was supposed to have a spider-man 3 cover and a whole preview on the game with screens of venom but apparently last minute Sam Raimi stopped it from happening. The editor in chief Dan Hsu apologizes in the editorial.

Unfortunately he hasnt put anything up in his editor blog at http://egm.1up.com/ but maybe other people who also happen to have a subscription to EGM can confirm this with a scan as I do not have a scanner.

Oh, in case you're wondering why Spider-Man 3 isn't on our cover this month (as promised last issue), well, you'll have to ask movie director Sam Raimi why he's such a jerk and pulled our story at the last minute. Sorry for the late change in plans, and we hope that you enjoy our in-depth look at Guitar Hero II instead!

Thats word for word whats in the editorial at the bottom in the first page of EGM. This is such unfortunate news because I was really looking forward to the game at the very least. You'd think that for the studio to give EGM that exclusive that Sam Raimi would have known about it or not be able to do anything or something.

I read a review from a test screening, and the person said it was fantastic, and that Craig pwned as Bond.

I might just buy a ticket for Casino Royale and then watch the trailer and then leave Tickets are only $4 where I live.
