Same Aged Boss

Has anyone ever had a manager or boss that was the same age as you and you felt kinda of weird calling them Mr. or Ms.?

Yea but it's cool, she was like, "Same year let's be buds!" And we ended up being drinking buds then I introduced her to her husband and now i'M like SUPERAWESOME extended family.

But yeah the store burned down.

My boss is the same age as me practically. i say practically cos his 20th was last week and im still 19. its not weird at all....since he's my mate and got me an awesome job lol

My boss is 10 years longer than me. But I still own him big time. Usually, he is coming to me asking about work situations and what to do, etc. He basically has no clue. haha.
