A lot of breads and dressings (including diet or "lite" versions) have High Fructose Corn Syrup in them, which is the most evil of all evil food fillers. It turns into fat directly as it cannot be burned by the body as stored energy like sucrose can. Also, a lot of deli meat is chock full of sodium and preservatives. Read labels, ask for nutritional information, and ask the person working there for all-natural selections.
