What scenes would you like to see in Thor?

I'd love to see this as an intro scene

it shows central park and its raining heavily (really poaring). Nick Fury arrives at a SHIELD barricade and asks for a sitrep. An agent tells him the target hasn't moved since it landed and won't respond. Fury say's maybe he should talk face to face. he moves through crowds of technicians and soldiers in Hazmat suits and walks across a clearing to where there is a figure kneeling. He asks "who are you and why did you come here?". Lightning flashes revealing Thor who responds back " I am Thor, Son of Odin and i am here because i am needed". then we cut to credits and the fantasy world/story is shown as a long flash back

I want to see something like that scene in Ages of Thunder where Mjolnir pops out of a giant's head. If Thor throws his hammer through at least one giant's head, I will feel fulfilled.

Thor, bereft of his hammer, being overwhelmed by foes, at which point someone (surprisingly worthy of holding Mjolnir) hurls the hammer in his direction. Thor reaches out and all we see is his hand grasping for Mjolnir. Then suddenly, he disperses his enemies like playthings and emerges triumphant.

Why would you want someone else to hold Thor's hammer? Like half of the times that's happened in the comics, it's sucked. I'm not in any rush to see it start sucking in the movies, too.

Thor Smashing some ridiculous Troll war machine powered by magical fire with his hammer. Something erily simmilar to what we have seen the Hulk already do on the big screen, but made so much more compelling because Thor is the size of a normal human... yet the tank like thing in my mind is huge.

In my own mind the war machine bursts through the side of a moutain, other Asguardians try to fight only to fail, and Thor comes smashing down on it just in time to save other warriors lives. derailing the treads with his first blow, Then doing further damage in a ground asualt

Well I'd love to see a scene open up in the sky looking down from Huginn and Muninn watching two figures sword playing in the courtyard of Asgard.
The two are a young Thor and Balder razzing each other, Loki leaning up against a pillar in the background with disgust on his face as not to want to get dirty. When Odin comes out giving them their quest to pick up Weapons for the Warriors in Valhalla's halls and explaining why they're needed.
Loki's face gets an evil gin as if he's had a brilliant thought.

That would be too similar to Superman getting his arse handed to him by the trucker dude in the diner in Superman 2.

There's many other ways Thor can be humbled.

Every warrior knows he can't win every battle. What lesson would he learn by losing?

Better if many innocent people got hurt and somehow it was Thor's fault due to his arrogance or pride. He would have to make ammends then. And act more responsibly. Kinda like spiderman...lol

But Thor has never been guilt-driven. His arrogance was a severe character flaw that Odin wanted to root out of his son, not something that ruined lives and forced Thor to repent. He was banished for his arrogance but became a better person by learning the power of humanity by living and struggling as a human and gaining humility in the process. Living as a normal human means not necessarily being the best at everything, like he was in Asgard, and a good way to illustrate that would be to have him fail in his primary area of expertise: combat.

I don't want to see a bunch of people doing it, but I truly had no problem seeing guys like Cap and Dargo temporarily wielding the hammer. In fact, I thought it was pretty cool. "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor."

Don't you need superstrength just to lift the hammer, even if you are worthy. I thought it weighed like a ton.

Nope. Cap can't lift a ton, as far as I know, but he lifted it just fine. Eric Masterson and Dargo, too. Granted, it may be because they gain Thor's strength right when they touch it, but either way, a person's strength level doesn't really matter, just whether he's worthy.

I hope Cap picks up Thor's hammer but not till the Avengers. It would really show that Cap is a special worthy being and so the perfect Avengers leader.

one where Kat Dennings is in hell with Hela, and Natalie Portman goes down there to save her, but the only way she can save her is by making out with her, so they're like making out and stuff, and Jamie Alexandre comes in and is all like, "WHAT'S GOING ON????" but she can't do anything about it anyways, so she joins in, and they're all like making out. so then Nick Fury has to send the black widow down to save them, so Scarlett Johanssen shows up, and she's like "OH MY GOD!!!" but then she's like, "oh well" and joins in, and they're all making out. that's a scene i'd really like to see.

hmm... it's called a 'joke'. i didn't see house bunny, but it saddens me that i'm thinking of their material.

ok, here's seriously a scene i'd like to see: Odin seriously mad at Thor. Like, Odin flying off the handle - so we can see what a God is like when he's mad, with the seas roaring, mountains shaking, and sky being ripped open, with Thor being thrown down like a laser.
