If WB/DC are considering someone else for Steve Trevor, they should think again. They have an excellent candidate right here in front of them. His family name will also carry star power for the WW movie, even though he might not be the mega star his father is. But the very name "Eastwood" will make people sit up and take notice.

It's a little late to change their minds.

Imagine if they call him "[rank] Trevor", and then everyone thinks he is Steve... but then they cast another guy for the WW movie and he wasn't Steve Trevor at all...

That would make me rage. Badly.

Saw him in that military gear. Looked fitting. Wonder who he will be? Maybe no one in particular.

Besides, didn't Variety or THR say WB is currently doing auditions for the role of Trevor? I think there are five guys up for the role.

I wouldn't be surprised if they're keeping it under wrapped for a later reveal.

Remember when Momoa was rumoured for Aquaman, then everyone said he wouldn't be Aquaman (even him) and that they were casting another actor... then all of sudden Momoa totally was Aquaman?

I still have my hopes for Scott. :o

So you guys still haven't figured out who he is? I must say, I am a little bit disappointed.

Yeah, I think that WB is throwing people off the scent so not to reveal the casting for Wonder Woman just yet since Steve is likely going to play a part in that film. At the moment, all signs seem to be pointing at Eastwood being Trevor

My guess
Richard Grayson

That is inspired I must say. Especially considering that particular set photo and all.

He does have a three films contract right? If I remember correctly, Eastwood himself confirmed it.

I don't think so. He was in military gear on set.

So what if Bruce and Richard (perverts) have a falling out. This is what causes Bruce to be tired and weary. Bruce and Richard argue. Richard threatens to quit.
Bruce:" You leave the cave...you leave me...you are dead to me and the mission."
Richard leaves.
Would it be too far fetched for a guy who puts a bat symbol on everything he owns to make a grave to Richard?

Richard gets recruited by Waller...because having someone trained by the Bat is as good as having the Bat

or
Bruce being the always planning mofo he is forsees all this and comes up with a death scheme so Richard (perverts) can infiltrate Waller's operation.

First, I appreciate the "perverts" part, it made me chuckle. :woot:

Second, I don't see it as that farfetched. Maybe not the exact scenario, but Bruce making Grayson officially dead (for whatever reason) and him working for Waller (for whatever reason... probably to infiltrate her operations) sounds plausible to me.

I don't think that will happen, but it is still plausible. :woot:

and let's be honest...which is more secret worthy?
That Eastwood is Steve Trevor
or
He's Richard Grayson in disguise

When you put it this way, it is definitely the latter.

I think with the pic and seeing that Katana is in this movie came the realization that there are some secrets with this film.

I have been suggesting that [BLACKOUT]Grayson has faked his death[/BLACKOUT] and became a spy or agent for one of the DC organizations (ARGUS) since that [BLACKOUT]tombstone[/BLACKOUT] set photo.

Also, that on-going Grayson comic is easily one of DC's best stuff currently.
