Kinda hard since hes been dick grayson/robin/nightwing for so long. Remember hes a well established character so i cant buy into people not knowing who he is unless he changed his face.

Who really knows what they are doing with this movie. I think he is a major character regardless

Yes he is...but would people who've only seen him with a mask know who he is?

I don't believe the Eastwood as Grayson theory, mainly because:
According to the gravestone, he "died" in 2000 at 18 years of age. That would put him at 33-34 years old and I'm not seeing that.
Also, I think the whole thing is a little farfetched.

if Batman is in his 40's in BvS film then Robin/Nightwing would be older than we are used to seeing.

So since Eastwood is clearly not part of the SS I guess it narrows down the characters he could be playing.

Honestly, he could just be a moderately important military guy and nothing more.

possible...but then his role wouldn't be kept a mystery

Well, how would they out him? Scott Eastwood IS.... a character we don't know and is not that important.

What I'm really saying is that the theories can go a little far.

from leaked set photos we can see he is the leader of military that goes along with Task Force X on the mission, so, to all you DC knowledgeable guys, who is the military guy in DCU that Scott Eastwood could play?

They would have reported him as Lt. Hardy (example). The trades reported he was cast in a mysterious role...and if the three pic thing is to be believed he has some importance to the role

Well, aside from Steve Trevor and Nemesis, what other prominent military characters does DC have? Are there any big ones we're forgetting? Hal Jordan seems to be out, since he was in the Air Force and Eastwood looks more like a combat Marine or a black ops soldier. I guess Deathstroke is a possibility, though he seems really young for that.

Cole Cash (Black Ops) and Nathaniel Adam (Air Force). He could be one of Deathstroke's kids, though I don't believe any of them would be in the army.
There's also King Faraday, but he's more of a spy like Nemesis.

I bet he's one of the guys from Team 7.

Trevor was their pilot. "Myself" is John Lynch, I believe. Also, Alex Fairchild might have been part of it.

How about some updated and ranked up version of Seargent Rock?

A circle (eye?) inside a triangle?! That's definitely ARGUS. :woot:

I've been thinking, and the Osiris patch may have something to do with ARGUS' black room, which holds magical artifacts, and is protected by Trevor. Enchantress could have something to do with it.

Also, the reason they won't reveal Trevor's name is that it could reveal ARGUS and it might be important for the plot.

There are people thinking he might be Carter Hall, with the set photos showing they are on Midway City... but Carter isn't a militar.

Yup, that's my theory too.

Maybe a June Moon visits the MC Museum and touches an artifact and spawns the Enchantress spirit. Chaos ensues and SS/ARGUS arrives.

This sounds about right.

By the way, this is the first DCCU film that will show us magic (well, maybe we'll see some of it with Wonder Woman in BvS, but surely not to this extent), so I am very curious about how they'll handle that.
