Teaser:
Batman travels to Earth-51's 1865 America to save Abraham Lincon from Steam Punk John Wiles Booth and its an awesome patriotic team-up of Lincoln and Batman fightning this steam-punk assassin and preventing from history alternation from happening in Earth-51
Main Episode:
Bat-mite destroyes the Brave and Bold, hilarity ensues and i won't give any details, cameos are ensured.

I'll miss this show. :csad: I truly wish the CGI show will be a spiritual succesor to this. I'll most definatly miss Diedrich Bader, who had the perfect voice for a Bruce-Wayne controlled Batman with nobility, which is pretty much the comic Batman.

Here are a bunch of images from the final scene showing
the series finale "cast party"

Drz, cheers to everything you said.
mr jinx, thanks for the preview.

Hopefully, Drz, with the great James Tucker in charge, the next Batman show will be the 'spiritual successor' to 'Brave and the Bold', and therefore we won't miss it so, so much.

Keep your fingers crossed for Aquaman: The Brave and the Bold!

I believe Glen Murakami is in charge of the new bat-show now...

James Tucker's true involvement is still to be determined. Remember Bruce Timm initialized Freakazoid! before leaving as it just wasn't acheiving his vision.

Just watched it. Got tearyeyed towards the end :( Best final episode of a tv-series ever.

Where are you guy's watching this? I haven't been able to find it anywhere. :csad:

it hasn't aired stateside yet

No intended offense to the great Glen Murakami, but that's a little distressing to me. I think that Batman is in better hands with James Tucker than any creative in the long history of TV and movie interpretations (and yes, that includes Bruce Timm and Christopher Nolan). His love for Batman and depth of knowledge of the history of the character is unmatched.

Rest easy... we still don't know much about the new show. The two could be working together, sharing writing and art duties.

Like Greg Weisman (writing) and Brandon Vietti (animation) on Young Justice.

According to TV Guide, it's returning in the fall.

I just watched this series finale episode and I gotta says Paul Dini wrote a great episode that caps off this series well. I will certainly miss this series and Diedrich Bader has certainly earned his rightful place in the Batman hall of fame voice actors along side Kevin Conroy.

I love Batman's closing speech :ybat:

Neon talking super street bat-luge! I'd like to see Avi Arad's reaction to this episode.

God, I am going to really miss this show. It's such a shame that more people couldn't get over their stubborn love of dark Batman and embrace this version for all it's righteous silver age glory. The show could have gone on for years if the right people wanted it to. But it sure was fun while it lasted. The next Batman cartoon has some awfully big shoes to fill.

I think people did accept this show... so much more than anyone did The Batman.

Plus it got its 65 episodes so I guess we should count our blessings. Certainly after what happened with The Spectacular Spider-man, etc.

The Batman didn't deserve acceptance. It was nothing but mindless fights and no plots whatsoever.

But I suppose you're right. We're lucky to have gotten what we did. Especially considering what happened to SSM which had a much bigger following compared to Brave and the Bold. I guess it sort of bugs me that the Young Justice thread, a show that only has only aired nine episodes so far, seems to have gotten more action and discussion on these boards that this whole section has ever gotten. I like YJ but I love this show so much more! I'm really going to miss it.

It finally aired here in the states. Good-bye Batman: The Brave & The Bold you were a true work of art and will be truly missed by me.

The Ted McGinley **** was hysterical; the use of Ambush Bug was great and very true to Giffen's tone and the wrap up party was classic. What a great way to go out. Thank you Paul Dini for a great series closer. More importantly thank you James Tucker for blessing the world with such an awesome Batman tv series. My personal favorite of them all.

Love how this show got a proper send off.

I talked a lot of sh** about this series when I wasn't laughing my ass off... Apparently I missed the serious episode with West and Newmar...

But watching this episode, I could see the end was near. Thankfully Paul Reubens' Bat Mite and lots of good unnecessary action figure rerences were there...

Did anyone else thinkwe could br ew444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444444
