I actually like that there weapons are newer and cleaner looking.

It's something we really haven't gotten in live action, so its refreshing to see.

And they're just regular sized sai
They're not usually custom sized for the person using them.
Especially not for teenage turtle creatures who live in the sewer.

they look cheezy as hell with the weird red tape on the handles , the middle blade is a tad too short and if you look closely to the one in April's left hand the small blades part is crooked , they look handmade by an amateur

and yes there is a possibility to find a more traditionnal looking sai and longer because they look a bit too short for Raphael's hands

but that is my opinion

the ones on my picture look's way better and grittier
