Well, it's true that Microsoft has unlimited funds, but if this game falls flat, they'll probably conclude that their funds are better spent elsewhere. Like maybe a game exactly like this but with Halo characters.

Well, there's a katana, and I think weapons may have a melee function but I'm not sure, but theres not like fighting game stuff when you get close up. Most talk of close quarters combat from those previews is refering to the fact that controllers have a range in close quarters because they can circle strafe better.

So, Shadowrun, a game that looks great by all accounts = bland, "repeated" textures.

Resistance, a game that looks like PC games from 2 years or more ago = great looking flagship of the PS3.

good for you... i've never said anything great about fall of man's graphics, i think the game looks pretty mediocre, and i've said so on many occasions.it looks alright, but not great by any means.

nice try, though.

shadowrun just looks....... um... bland. all the walls and floors look the exact same all the way through, so, um... yeah.
