My Brother(the one who does all the manips of his child) is trying to makean account on here.He hasn't received a confirmation e-mail yet and it has been about 10-15 minutes.Does it send them out every 30 minutes or..something else.Any help will be appreciated.He is using the name of .Hellboy.
