Should Hulk Get Another Solo? What would it be about?

If that is fake (I kinda assume it is, but who knows!) Then that is EXCELLENT animation. It looks JUST like the Mark Ruffalo hulk! Maybe that short piece was a cut scene from AoU and they just used it to make a fake? (Thus it is a real leak, the animation is Marvel, but it isn't TIH2)

It looks too real to be just plain fake, that animation was done by Marvel, I'm almost certain. At least by one of the animators at Marvel.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a real leak though, as it isn't like TIH2 would be a popular thing to fake. I just don't think they would call it TIH2 for some reason... I guess I feel they want to sweep the first one under the rug a bit more?

It's 100% fake. But cool CG model. I doubt the uploader of that vid made it, though. I'm pretty sure I've seen it before.

That animation and trailer as a whole is completely fake. And the model looks nothing like Ruffalo's hulk and it doesn't look real, at least not as real as the avengers hulk. And to be clear, the people who animate characters in the movies dont work for marvel. They work for whatever services marvel/disney hire.
There are plenty of average joes who can create animations that look as real as that does. Its just a fake trailer, nothing more. Definitely not a leak.

Yep Hulk should get another solo. Third time's the charm. But I liked Incredible Hulk.

Incredible Hulk wasn't bad by any standards, it just had plenty of bad luck with it having to face of against the juggernaut of tdk, and with the whole Norton fiasco. People also had a bad taste in thier mouths from from Angs Hulk. I was alway of the opinion that TIH should've been the last movie before Avengers. It would've given plenty of time for people to be ready for it imo.

I think the next Hulk film will do good business. It will be interesting to see how Ant-Man fares. That will be a solid indicator of where the Marvel brand is at. Because I think a Ruffalo Hulk film would easily beat out Ant-Man's potential box office gross. (Unless of course Ant-Man surprises like GOTG did last year.)

Also TIH was good. I like it better than all the Iron Man films personally. I do wish we could see an "extended" version with the cut scenes edited back in. There are probably 4 MCU films that would really benefit from that treatment - TIH, IM2, TDW and AOU. Maybe if we complain enough someday Marvel will capitulate and actually do it...?

Yeah maybe 10 years down the line lol. But yeah i agree, with the way marvel has marketed hulk after his stand out showing from Avengers; i have no doubt a hulk movie could do some serious damage at the BO, especially if the movie is good.

Leterrier has said Rufflo was his first casting choice, but the studio really wanted Norton. Either situation would've worked for me, but I thibk the only thing left to do get Ruffalo TIH solo and sequel to Nortons hulk. Which is looking like a long shot.

Yep it sucks the situation with Hulk getting his own flick. He could totally draw in the crowds, especially now he's been in Avengers.

He does but a solo wont get made because universal has distribution rights. So if marvel/disney want a solo, universal will have to be paid to distribute it because of the deals MS had with them before the merger.
Marvel had always had decent relations with universal, sucks that relationship will get in the way of us having our solo.
Im betting that multi-picture deal has basically will let him appear in a bunch of movies, including his own solos if they were able to do so.

Ruffalos' age shouldn't matter much, since Banner doesn't do a whole lot of action or physical stuff outside running for his life. He can do that much, or at least get a stunt double to do it.

Probably both. It's clear now that Marvel has certain characters they feel more comfortable with in a purely ensemble or supporting capacity, and Hulk seems to be one of them.
