I personally would not go that route. I would just have everyone have zero personal backstory and just let plasmids to the talking.I think that if they do a Bioshock multiplayer, make it its own game. Almost like Quake Wars. I think that it should have a very put together story, too. I would set it in the war between Ryan and Fontaine, and like Resistance where it's humans vs. chimeras, the Bioshock multiplayer could be Ryan's army vs. Fontaine's army.
I agree with this completely, and said no.A multiplayer mode wouldn't feel right, the game is so much about being alone in this world and the atomsphere of being alone and exploration and discovering more about what's going on. I just think a multiplayer mode might cheapen the single player experience
Yeah but if theres no multiplayer in the sequel, then all it is is an "overpriced short single player game."
People saying Bioshock's MP would such either don't understand how Irrational works or never played Deus Ex MP.
