Should they make another Ghost Rider movie?

I don't they make or not, but really disappointed by the costume of Ghost Rider: The Spirit of Vengeance on other hand Ghost Rider 1 costume spiked jacket is really trendy and stylish, If they make Ghost Rider 3 they should change the costume and use some kind of spiked jacket like part 1.

I think they should test the waters with the Netflix series and if they're successful enough, they should give Ghost Rider a show. Although, they'd have to be willing to invest a lot of money into it.

Not until after Blade, Carol Danvers/Ms. Marvel and Black Panther get their own movies

The best thing about the first GR movie was the western version of GR - so do a movie about him...

My only requirement is that, if they are going to do a reboot of Ghost Rider, do it right. Use the Daniel Ketch version.

Yes, but at long as they've done Blade and Doctor Strange first regarding supernatural properties. Ghost Rider should be redone as an R-rated horror film after Doctor Strange gets the first horror flick out the door (albeit it should be rated PG-13 since it's more of a surreal horror film without much if any blood) and Blade is much more of an action-adventure film with some horror elements that would be a rated R version of Indiana Jones with vampires.

If those first two make money, then bring on Ghost Rider, a film about being possessed by an angel of vengeance and forced to kill with plenty of gory and frightening imagery.

Since Marvel has the rights back I'd love to see him get used properly in a Netflix show along with the future shows they're planning on making. I just think with two movies that didn't exactly light the world up it's probably not best to do another movie so soon.

If they give him a show I'd love to see Aaron Paul as Ghost Rider

Id love to see a good GhostRider movie. The first one i thought was okbut was left underwhelmed. If they do ot needs to be a whole new story new actor new everything.

Ugh, no. Ghost Rider is supposed to be an agent of righteous punishment, a demonic force "twisted" into being an instrument of justice. Terrifying, but ultimately only truly dangerous to the wicked.

A couple of problems:

1. A proper Ghost Rider would be beyond the scope of a TV budget.
2. I think Sony and Nic Cage have done some enough harm to the character that a solo movie is not on the cards for the near future.

My solution would be to make the Dr. Strange sequel (that will undoubtedly arrive in Phase 4) a supernatural team-up of sorts with Dr. Strange recruiting his own team to battle an insanely powerful supernatural foe. In that kind of structure, Ghost Rider and Blade would be the second and third leads (in whatever order) after Dr. Strange himself.

Dr. Strage: Midnight Sons, anyone? :)

After this, I'm thinking 10 years or so would've passed since the last Nic Cage pukefest, and based on the reception to the various characters in the team-up, solo movies for Ghost Rider, Blade et al can be planned.

i think they should do a horror anthology movie or tv show (like Twilight Zone, Fear Itself, Tales from the Crypt, etc); using the Rider as a semi-host. but this is in addition to another solo feature. i just think that Marvel should branch out into horror; like they've tackled other genre w/ their characters. sometimes the "host" is Ghost Rider. sometimes it's Man-Thing or Satana. the individual stories don't necessarily have to be related. but you can always name-drop actual marvel characters. like, if the short story is about a werewolf, it's a good time to use Jack Russell's name.

How dare you consider any but Nic Cage! :cmad: :argh:

If Marvel Studios made a movie of the Champions, they could get Ghost Rider in that way. They would need to substitute a couple of other heroes in place of Iceman and Angel, but they already have Black Widow and probably Hercules. I suppose they could get Darkstar, as she did join the team. But Ghost Rider could be the equivalent of Hulk in the Avengers and the character that brings the most mystique to the group.

Or if not a movie, they could do a mini series of the Champions. Whether ScarJo would agree to star is another matter.

Horror would be a good move for the cable TV phase. I could see the likes of Blade and werewolf by night flourishing in the unrestricted medium of cable TV.

I wouldn't rule out a new Ghost Rider movie, but I think they should tread carefully if they decide to relaunch. I would use Dr Strange as a starting point for Marvel Supernatural phase and introduce characters like Ghost Rider, Blade, Werewolf by night etc, into Strange's story lines then spin off from there.
