Personally, im addicted to smallville and dont want it to end. but i know some people think that if he really isnt in smallville anymore than they should stop making it. What do you think?

Smallville will have to end sometime & it should either end after the 8th season or the 9th season.

to see if people think this should be the last one:SEASON 7! or do they think they should keep it going a little while longer. why would anyone think a tv show could go on forever? i dont know. But apparently you thought i did

No, Season 7 should be the end.

On top of 1,000,000 other reasons...Rosenbaum isn't coming back after Season 7, and he's one of the few CONSISTENT things about this show anymore.

i know i was just wondering where you heard it... dont worry. i wasnt questioning you. Just wonderin where you heard it.:yay:

Yeah, numerous times, he did. And, of course, nothing's impossible, and things have a habit of changing. But he's seemed pretty adamant thus far of not being a regular anymore past this season.

Personally, I'd like to see S7 be a really awesome one that uses every ep in to the fullest, and ending with what all us fans want to see, allowing the show to finish with audiences feeling satisfied, without dragging the show out into yet another season without certain cast members and feeling less and less like it has a point.

Forget about the cast for a second.

I, as a fan, am beginning to feel like this show has less and less of a point. Maybe I didn't care so much when they were delivering quality stuff in Season 5, but Season 6 opened my eyes.

Well this season will be the first time i've actually watched it on tv. I've been just buying every season after it comes out on dvd and maybe it just seems better if you watch it all together without waiting a week to see whats next.

I don't care how much time I put between the episodes - Season 6 was an utter failure in my eyes.

You can dress it up with as much Justice League stuff as you want...if it looks like a monkey, sounds like a monkey, and acts like a monkey...well, you know.

i honestly thought it was one of the best ones but i can see a lot of people disagree. I guess it just had what i wanted and not what you did.

Season 6 was pretty good because it involved Kryptonians. Season 4 was by far the worst season. The only good episodes in that season were the premiere episode & the last episode of that season.

Season 6 was a waste.

It was a Season all about Phantoms, so you figure, "Yay! We're going to delve further into Kryptonian mythos!"

Wrong. Instead, we go back to 33.1 and meteor freaks.

Then you've got Zod...the big, bad villain that was hyped for an entire Season...and he was defeated in one episode.

Don't even get me started on the Phantoms themselves. :whatever: Each and every one was hyped up as this really tough criminal, and each one fell so quickly, it made your head spin. There were meteor freaks that lasted longer. :whatever:

But all of that pales in comparison to the fact that the writers forgot who the show was about. Apparently, they were under the illusion that this was a show about Lex and Lana. And when that didn't work, they reached deep into their grab-bag and pulled out someone like Jimmy for filler.

Not to mention "Static" which was the worst hour of my life that I ever devoted to Smallville. And once again, they tried to distract me with MM, but nothing can repair the WORST EPISODE OF SMALLVILLE EVER...(IMO)

Season 5 blew me out of the water. Season 6 made me wish I was drowning.

you really have something against season 6. The show cant just be about clark kent. they've gotta make a story for the other characters. after all, the shows not called Clark Kent. Its called Smallville

exactly, but it's all opinion in the end, as they're pretty much like *******s, everybody has one.

IMO, Season 6 was the best season yet. I thoroughly enjoyed the Green Arrow episodes as they were anything but boring. Gave the show an actual "super hero" feel to it and not just another teenage drama on the CW. Sure the Lana/Lex **** didn't help but people are seriously over exagerating when they say that Season 6 was plastered with them, I thought the whole marriage/pregnancy/miscarriage was played out very well, and don't get me started on how many nuts I busted watching the "Justice" episode nearly 500 times.

I WILL say this; there were a couple of times where the acting by certain people could have been a little better and sure there was choppiness with the editing in a couple of episodes, but all in all, including 33.1 and Project Ares, the entire season gets my approval

eagerly awaits this Thursday for the conclusion of our Season finale

Yes...and what's Smallville about again?

Oh yes...that's right. CLARK KENT BEFORE HE BECOMES SUPERMAN. I don't watch this show for a one hour Lana crying fest like, "Oh...Lex is so evil. Why am I with him? Boohoo...boohoo."

I'd like to keep that crap to a minimum, so we can actually focus on Clark...y'know, the POINT of this show.

It needs to stop before it just becomes total crap. I actualy watched a season 6 episode in fast forward x18 frames and told my mum the plot as it was going along.

I would say so corn biy dies, clark say hi, chit chatter, jimmy and chloe being in love, clark wins fight saves day, snore.

You see she had seen it and I was catching up on the episode. I put it on fast forward and once done I asked if I guess the plot as I was looking at it in fast speed. She said yep pretty much got it.

It was the corn field episode with the digger dude.

If a show is that predictable that you can pick up the plot in the first few minutes it needs to try to go out on top.

It should end but they'll keep it going...

At the end of the day some of these Superheroes get tired real quick and they have milked this cow. Look at the backlash Heroes is already getting (although its kinda deserved. Smallville may never be as good as Heroes but at least not a overhyped mediocre run of the mil sci-fi show on NBC. Nope, its all that...but on the CW)

If it is the final season, I want the last complete half to be about:

- Lex
- Level 33.1
- Justice League
- Clark accepting his destiny

That's how it should end- with a BIG BANG.

At this point I honestly want them to end with something completley unexpected and out of the blue....
