yeah cinema, the trade was the reel for k&s tix. talked to him religiously too. and the ONE time i don't call, well, you know, there it is. trust no one.

Wow...that's devotion. I dunno, though, if you ask me, it's kinda crappy that someone would agree to that trade. I mean like...I'm not saying I wouldn't kick, bunch, and otherwise maim innocent children for one of those reels, but I had thought the sacred bonds of the Hype meant that if we were to accept any trades for a +1, it would be within reason. I'm not saying I blame you here at all...like I said, I went through a lot to get to kickingandscreening, too, and it was sooooo important to me, and I'm glad I did it because I'm never gonna forget it.

But I am confused. What do you mean the one time you don't call? I mean, are you feeling betrayed that you gave this guy the reel and then he turned around and put it right up on eBay, or did you give him the reel and then get screwed out of your k&s ticket? I hope the former because I mean...if it was the latter...

i started the thread with a deep desire to share and see how other people display their "works of art"....HOWEVER....this is the funniest thing ive seen in a long, long while....thank you!

That is really lame, though, even if it is the former. It sucks. But on the plus side, I bet it'll go to someone on the Hype, so maybe it's better that someone who really, really wants it gets it. Money is just paper that you use to buy gas these days anyway...I think this guy is at a loss and, furthermore, he's going to be feeling like a real (or reel) idiot a couple years down the road when the going rate of one of these things expands exponentially. But even so...it sucks that he just turned around and sold it and I feel you.

But yeah, he's lucky it's the former, because were it the latter and it got out...well, you know how it is when one turncoat infuriates everyone on the Hype. It's anarchy!
