Now, seeing as how pumped everyone is for this flim, I'm sure you all have had your fair share of Dark Knight dreams in the past 3 years since Batman Begins. From you dreaming about watching the movie, being in the movie, the characters coming to life, the movie being horrible, etc. Lets discuss them, shall we?
:brucebat:

For me, I've had a few. The most stand out dreams I've had though was one involving this very awsome back story to the Joker (can't remember it though) All I can recall from it was that it was amazing. The other was when it was some what real life, and the Joker was keeping me and a bunch of people hostage. Ofcourse...he ended up shooting me though lol

Shouldn't this be in the spoiler section?

I have a dream...that one day a clown will not be judged by the color of his face paint, by the content of his character...o wait...scratch that.

I had a dream that Heath's Joker was chocking me to death, but I wasen't struggling, and it didn't really hurt, heh. X)

I actually had a dream the other night that I was at a wedding reception and Chris and Jonah were there as well and hammered and I convinced them to toss me an Executive Producer credit and they wanted to cast me in the role of the baseball umpire. I'm dead serious.

I haven't had any dreams, although my roommate dreamt he saw it. (It was awesome in his dream). It's weird, because I'm more excited about the film than he is.

I had a dream recently where we were going to our IMAX theatre in CityWalk. We waited in line a long time, lines were everywhere, and everyone looked tired. At some point I went in and watched the movie. But I fell asleep, and when I woke up I missed the entire movie. It horrified me, honestly.

Heres one of my TDK nightmares:

It was July 18th and I went to go see TDK. I was so pumped! There was a huge line that streched around the whole theater like two times. After waiting what seemed like forever they let us in the theater and everybody bolted toward the theater in a mad dash. Everybody was tripping over each other and fights broke out lol. We finally arived to our seats, my heart was racing like no other. A couple hours later I came out of the theater looking like this :csad: The movie was terrible! And I cant even describe the movie cuz it was so weird. But I did remember a part were joker was wearing a wedding dress as he fought batman lol. Oh and batman died at the end but I forgot how

I once had a dream I saw the movie and it like 8 hours long(someone in the dream told me it was 8 hours) . And the whole movie was pretty much Joker and Two-Face.

Thats all I remember

wow I'm totally having batman dreams, funny others are as well. I can't really remember them very well, but I remember it felt like I was one of those kids from the first episode of Gotham Knights, I was in the sewer and it had a green tint to it and I remember I had to help batman somehow...until my alarm clock went off to wake me up to check for MM figures hehe.

i had a dream two nights in a row of ras al ghul chasing me and on the second night i found out he didnt want me to see the dark knight
for some reason it actually scared me...hmm

I had a dream last night where I went to theater to see TDK. It was really weird. Theater was very small, screen was on the left wall, sun shined into a theater (There was a roof) and it made screen faded. Then the film stopped after five minutes and I went home. My parents had the film somehow, so we watched at it in living room. But the screen was still faded, and we always had to stop the film to answer the door or go to eat. And this happened twice!
It was horrible! This was a first time that I had negative feelings about TDK! Well, anyway, It doesn't matter anymore how good movie will be; It can't be worse than my dream!:woot:

i had one where i saw TDK and it was awful and only twenty minutes long and aaron eckhart wasnt even in it, and the joker played an acoustic guitar the entire time. that was an awful dream.

the other night i had a dream that joker and i robbed a train and at one point before we entered another car he stood back and i said "whats going on?" and he went "im getting my scary face ready" and i was like "isnt that always your face?" and he said "no, this is special." he was very serious about it and he stood for like five minutes preparing his scary face. which really was just him looking reflective. it was a really weird dream and i felt really comfortable with the joker, like he was just some misunderstood fella. then we escaped on a helicopter and turns out he's just a regular guy who talks in a weird voice. oh god this movie needs to come out soon because this is just sad as hell.

I had a dream I was part of Joker's goon gang. Once he ordered me to hack into a building's security system. Hacking must have been my specialty. :yay:

Strangely enough the dream didn't involve much Joker, he kept to the shadows, working on something in his room, and coming over from time to time to see how the goons were progressing on the "plan". This was always done in complete silence and no one dared utter a word. A lot of the guys looked frightened and nervous around him. Before he'd leave again, he'd look each and every goon in the eye and they'd just shrink back like scared animals. Whoo-oo!

So I spent most of the time talking and discussing the robbery with the goons. Not too shabby at all.

That Joker, ever the mystery man, eh? Perhaps my next dream will be more Joker-centric, dammit!

I dreamt I was watching it at home on VHS for some reason. Most of the movie was about Joker. I can't remember what he was doing specifically but I do remember asking myself in the dream 'When is Batman going to show up!?"

I've had a couple of dreams now where I've gone to watch the movie and it's been a disappointment. Do they qualify as nightmares? :D

I had one a few weeks ago about how everybody else got to see it except me, and I had to wait another month. That was pretty much it.

I had a few dreams back in winter that I saw TDK and it was awful, now those are bad nightmares.

I had a dream that i was in this giant glass hotel, im not sure why but i was walking through the lobby and i suddenly saw the joker's thugs robbing/doing some kind of similar activity shooting things up and what not. for some reason i thought the best thing to do was to go up to the top floor and alert the hotel owner (why i didnt figure he already knew who knows) so i got in this elevator and Gordon was in there but he didnt say anything to me, he was just kinda standing there ._.
anyway I got up to the room and walked into the middle of the living room area, i heard someone behind me and i remember getting -really- scared so i dove under the coffee table a few seconds (im assuming) later i turned to look out and the joker was bent down with his face right in mine smiling rather happily and he pointed for me to look in the opposite direction, the hotel manager/owner was laying on the floor with springs in his eye sockets, his eyes attached to the ends of them o_O

I woke up feeling pretty freaked. but the more i think about it, i wish i had givin the joker a kiss when i had the chance! damn. maybe next time. LOL

A couple months back, my dream dealt with the fact that Dark Knight would have a premiere on Comcast the same day as the theatrical release. The situation was fuzzy, but I couldn't go see it at a theater. I think some natural disaster made going outside next to impossible so I opted for buying it OnDemand. So then the time came and it started out like a Batman film, but then when the Joker came into the picture, it turned into something completely different. Joker spent most of his time out of make-up and was hanging out at night clubs (it wasn't even Heath, btw). It basically turned into a drug culture movie and I quickly lost interest after 20 minutes.

I had one sort of related. It freaked me out, BIG TIME. I was in this little town in the middle of nothing. I mean, think of the smallest, creepiest town you have ever been in, and make it about 10 times worse. I was with my dad for some reason in the middle of this place, and went in to this wax museum. It had been in a fire a few weeks ago, and they just started to rebuild, and it wasn't open to the public. Somehow, I got in, and they were telling me about this new room they had been working on that was related to the dark knight. I said, may I see it? She said sure, come this way. I was led down this really strange, and short hall, with some weird wooden steps that, when you reached the top, had about a 7 foot dropoff, about two feet long. She said it was part of an old wood stove display before the fire. At the top of the steps, there was a door to the right. I walked in, and it was a very badly lit room with another door ahead. The room looked a bit chared, and in the act of being painted. I walked over to the door, and opened it. It was an attic of some sort. Then, out walked a really creepy demon version of the new joker. He pulled a gun on me. I managed some way to get the gun away from him, and I pointed at his head, and shot. The bullets hit is head, but were sucked up, and didn't make a dent. It was clear that he was some kind of a demon or something. I was scared to death at this point. His jaw unhinged or something, and he had very sharp teeth. He was like right in my face, about to kill me or something. I was very scared, and managed to run away. As I was running out, I remembered a thread I read here, and was saying to myself, yes, this is way to dark for children. In the end, and this is the weird part, it turned out to be jack skellington trying to scare me. End. For a while I was just really creeped out by that dream. I am kind of tired right now, so if there are a lot of typos/spelling crap-ups, try to overlook them.
