Siege

Well, then obviously All those who chose to oppose his shield must yield.

What's so bad about being a Valkyrie? The story behind it was great.
Just bugged me that she was effectively elevated to godhood. She's already a New Mutant; just let her run with that schtick instead of horning in on the Asgardians'.

Just read my advanced copy of Siege #3 :woot::woot::woot::woot::woot::woot:

gotta go to bed, but I'll post something about it when I have time

**** yeah, Patriot confirmed to be in the secret avengers.

And where are you getting that from then? (No spoilers if its in anyway in siege 3 please)

Might wanna get that checked out.

That doesn't mean he'll be on the Secret Avengers roster. It doesn't hurt his chances, but this could be a one time thing.

Are Speed, Stature, Wiccan, and Yo Yo also on Secret Avengers? Is that the logic we're going with now?

Between the blackout picture looking almost 100% to the pose that Patriot is in in many pictures and that odd line of dialog it's pretty much a sure thing at this point.

I mean, the Avengers already have their Cap (Bucky or Steve in Bucky's suit), there isn't really a need for the Secret Avengers to have the other one, especially when it's looking more and more like Steve is going to be in charge of whatever new SHIELD/HAMMER thing they come up with out of this.

We'll find out in about 3 months though, now won't we?

So, when Patriot is actually named part of the Secret Avengers, I'm going to quote all those posts, and tell you guys a giant "go **** youselves"

It's going to be glorious.

Oh it makes total sense. In a line-up that has most of the guesses being Moon Knight, Spidey, Beast, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Hank Pym, and War Machine, the hero I'd choose to lead that team would definitely be the teenager with three months experience and a curfew from Jarvis...

Three months? He's been present since before Civil War. And for whatever reason, you guys are under the impression that he's going to be LEADING. His thing said "I lead by example", but that doesn't outright mean "Im the leader of the team". Maybe its refering to the fact that he's one of the first young avengers/runaways/new era of heroes to make it into the Avengers, and to all of them, to his generation, he's leading them by exmaple?

If it were Patriot, then representing by example maybe. But not leading the way for kids to be official Avengers by being an Avenger wayyyy before he's ready. Leading by example there would be a good tag for Patriot in Academy. Lead the way for becoming an Avenger by setting an example of accepting you're a rookie and really should have been training and learning rather than assuming a steel shield and a blood transfusion means you know better than Captain America when you're ready to defend others.

What other way is there to decipher what the tag is? That's like saying the tag "I focus on the solution, not the problem" is more indicative that whoever it is just looks at the picture on the front of the jig saw box rather than crack it open and put together the pieces.

No issue with Patriot being in the Secret Avengers, but that's just the group that Steve leads into Asgard, comprising the New and Young Avengers, plus the Secret Warriors.

Come on man, that's Souless' thing. Leaping to huge conclusions with little to no evidence. He'd make a great cop.
