Siege

I noticed that they're reintroducing the Blue Marvel in that Age of Heroes mini, too. Maybe as a replacement for the Sentry as Marvel's resident Superman analogue, literally embodying a return to traditional superheroics in the Heroic Age?

Bout time!

I actually like Sentry but dude does need to be depowered and Bendis's rendition of the Sentry's origin, AKA the wrath of God, is stupid. I say make him a cosmic hero or he just goes away for awhile until someone gets a clue on how to write him. That or just keep Bendis away from him.
Keep that crazy bag of suck away from my cosmic comics, thank you very much. :o

I'd like to hope that if theres anyone that could turn him around, it's DnA.

I mean, they turned Starlord into this incredible badass who walks up to a crazed Thanos and *****slaps him with a cosmic cube. They can do anything.

Why does the character have to be turned around? Just let him die and be forgotten. He's only ever had one good story, and it ended with everyone forgetting him anyway. :oldrazz:

There are no bad characters, only bad writers.

I can prove you wrong with three alliterated words:

paste pot pete :cwink:

But I do think Sentry still has a lot of potential though if they'd just stop crapping on him.

Price: $3.99
Release Date: May 12, 2010

THE MARVEL BLOCKBUSTER OF THE YEAR!! This double-sized finale brings the Dark Reign to a shattering conclusion and brings with it the bombastic new HEROIC AGE.

Every single page of this book is a shocker: Lives are changed. Heroes fall. Deaths. Revenge. Villain comeuppance. And when the dust settles, who will be in charge of the Marvel Universe?? You will find out here and only here. This is the one they will be talking about.

- Marvel

Patriot's looking hilariously blase there compard to everyone else.

Thor + Phobos + Bob Reynolds getting control for a moment to allow defeat = Sentry Loss

You haveta hope Phobos comes in for a few smacks - all that honour his father's death stuff wasted otherwise

I think that'll probably be handled in Siege: Secret Warriors. The preview focuses almost entirely on Phobos.

Seriously, I can't put into words how excited I am for this book. I've really enjoyed Dark Reign and the rise n' fall of Osborn. Cannot wait for Heroic Age to begin!

The delay on it made me drop a lot of my anticipation for it, unfortunately.

Am I the only one finding this hard to follow? Im like ignoring the tie ins into the Avengers book bc I dont feel they really add anything and jsut confuse the continuity and trying to follo the story
