Well, that sounds intriguing. Actually also, during a typical tourist vacation at Gran Canaria a coupla years ago, I found out that the local grocery store had Duff Beer (the one with correct Simpsons font on the label).

I had to try it, and to my surprise that Duff beer was a dark lager. Not bad at all. But I assume that's the export version. t:

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. Isn't this at least a few years too late? The Simpsons are kinda on life support at this point.

The theme park actually gives me another reason to re-visit the classic episodes with my kids before going to the park.

I'm sure there are many others who plan on doing the same.

There's still a good decade+ of classic episodes in there. The Simpsons will always be loved for those, no matter how bad the episodes might or might not be now.

Out of all of the animated shows past and present is there any you would prefer to see a park made out of over The Simpsons? Personally I'd love to see South Park but that is never going to happen sadly.

Simpsons has pretty much become a brand unto itself, like Mickey Mouse and whatever. It skirts the line between being for both kids and adults.

Hence why I said it will sadly never happen because the show isn't kid friendly enough. Although you could say the same for The Simpsons but it is more socially acceptable and not as blatant with its adult humor.

I miss the Back to the Future ride too, but the Simpsons ride is pretty awesome.

I loved the setup that they already had for the Simpsons, I can't wait to see it built up even more.

That sure looks like some Krusty Burger quality food. I found a video that tours most of the expansion. I love the giant mouth entrance to Krustyland.
