Ever since my laptop went into hibernation and I turned it back on windows has not been cooperating at all. It tells me it has corrupted files but I can't do anything about it because nothing will open for me. I've trued using the command console but even though I am the adminstrator it tells me I need to be administrator to do any console changes. That and I can't get into my control panel at all.
