Small question about Wii Fit Plus

Do you have to do any jumping around in this game? It's just I'm thinking of selling my metal dance pad and getting it for Christmas and then eventually putting it in my room. I can't jump around in my room, everything shakes!

Oh and yes I'll have to sell my dance pad too because I'll be getting a Nintendo Wii so want to make the budget a little closer, I doubt it'll sell for the exact price of a Nintendo Wii though.

There is nothing in Wii Fit that requires you to jump up and down on the balance board. I haven't used Wii Fit plus but I'm fairly sure it also doesn't have anything that you would jump for.

The closest thing I could think of would be doing the Steps, going up and down fast enough could cause some shaking. But for the most part it shouldn't be a problem.
