Smallville Score/Soundtrack?

I actually enjoyed One More Day in Lazarus than I did in Veritas.

It was pretty lazy of them to reuse a song a season later.

Just bought the album! Does anyone know which tracks accompany which episodes? I can figure most of them out but there are a few I'm unsure of, such as "Where Am I".

I've been trying to figure it out too. I can get the Louis Febre songs but I'm lost when it comes to the Mark Snow ones.

I think a lot of the Snow ones are were repeatedly in various episodes, as opposed to one specific scene.

For some reason, I link Where Am I to the Kawachi Caves, so I'm thinking maybe that was from Skinwalker or Talisman.

The start of Burn Baby Burn is definitely from the beginning of Calling, when Lana and Clark first kiss.

Their Only Poison, I'm sure is from Arrival, when Lana tells Lana that the Kryptonians' weakness is their home planet.

I think you're right. "Freaks" is probably just a montage of scores from meteor freak episodes. "The Final Stone" is obviously from "Commencement". "Their Only Poison" is from "Arrival", like you said. However, "Demon Dad" isn't ringing any bells for me. "Crash Landing" is probably from "Zod" and "Rigged to Blow" from "Nemesis".

The last song "Trails" sounds a lot like flying music and Smallville's version of Superman theme to me for some reason. Maybe because I am hoping for it so much.

Also the way it ends, it seems like it can perfectly merge right into John Williams "Main Title March" if they do end up using it in the finale. I tried playing the "Main Title March" directly after "Trials" ends and it seems to fit.

I kinda wish we got some of these themes.

Yeah... I think it was obvious there was going to be good stuff not included. If they had tried to include everything, they would have had a massive compilation on their hands. Personally, I wish it would have been at least 2 discs-worth. One can think of great cues worthy of inclusion off the top of their head without even really trying.

I, personally, had really hoped that the score to the opening of "Arrival," with the building of the Fortress and Jor-El's "welcome home" to Clark, would have been included, but, alas.

The track "Trials" is definitely from the Finale where Clark is looking back at his life.

Yeah, I listened to it so much in the past few days that I recognized it right away, and at that moment, I knew they would definitely end with the Williams theme. And they not only used the Superman March, but also the Love theme from the movies too for Lois and Clark.

I was surprised with how much of the movie music they used. But since he was Superman at that point, I guess it was okay.

ok i was wondering can any one tell me all the listings from the score and what seasons each score was from?

Here are my guesses. I'm pretty sure of all of the Febre ones from season 9 and 10, but the Snow ones not so much.

1. Grow Up Superboy – Pilot/Season 1
2. Webmaster – Season 1
3. The Setup – Season 1-3
4. Where Am I – Skinwalker/ Talisman (?)
5. Burn Baby Burn – Exile
6. Freaks – Season 1-3
7. The Final Stone – Commencement
8. Their Only Poison – Arrival
9. Demon Dad – Phantom (?)
10. Crash Landing –
Zod (?)
11. Rigged To Blow – Nemesis
12. Green Arrow – Siren (?)
13. Defeating Bizarro – Bizarro
14. The Fortress Falls – Arctic
15. Lois’ Waltz – Season 8
16. Zatanna – Hex
17. In The Rain – Rabid
18. Pandora’s Kiss – Pandora
19. A Hall of Heroes – Absolute Justice
20. Supergirl Arrives – Supergirl
21. Clark Tells Lois – Isis
22. The Proposal – Icarus
23. To Fly – Collateral
24. Disguise Needed – Masquerade
25. A Lemur in the Room – Fortune
26. Booster Gold – Booster
27. Zod’s Demise – Dominion
28. Trials – Finale

Cool thanks for the list spidey bud. I hope to get the score myself soon.

Wait? Soundtrcks? I have the only two put out. Talon mix and metropolis mix on cd. Nice...for what it is. (I prefer hard rock these days)

They just released the score for Smallville, like the themes heard on the show.

Why did no one tell me about this sooner?

I wonder if we'll ever get more...

Well louis ferbe composer for the show. Has been saying they have been working on stuff. Plus if I remember right he has released some tracks on his website.

I want more of the themes and stuff. Is there any more out there in addition to this?

Have you checked louis website out. I would try there and maybe see if there is any way to contact him/his website for more info.

I doubt we are going to see any new stuff. There was barely any promotional stuff while the show was running, so I wouldn't expect that to change when it's over. Especially because it's been very apparent with the lack of effort in things like the DVD cover and the special features that everyone believes that now that the series ended, it is dead and not worth trying to go back to promote.

But there are still some stuff that are up, like audio-rips of certain episodes. You might encounter slight voice or sound effect echos in some of theme, but they still provide a healthy chunk of the score in certain scenes that were never officially released. Here are some:
