and now i have to pay $213 in child suport. Well i can't pay that so now i have to go down to the Hennenpen county court building to get it back down to where it was before, which means i have to set up a new hearing date and hopefully i can get them to change it or i am screwed.

Everyone is allowed a right to be heard in the justice system (civil and criminal) unfortuantly the caveat is you actually have to show up to be heard otherwise they just assume you are guilty/stupid/uncaring/all of the above.

If you are a convicted felon who works while serving your sentence, you are not paid much per day at all (it is slightly higher than $1.35 a day).

However, in this case, the uncle is NOT a convicted felon serving a sentence of jail time. So, him working at the jail, he would be paid a civilians wage like any other worker emplyed at a jail who has not been convicted of a crime.

forfeit rights? i would give up my arm before i would even think of that.

and if they want to pusnish me thats fine but if they go to far with it then it ends up hurting my daughter. i am not a bad father and i would do anything for her but i never said that i would perfict and i made a mistake and will have to pay for that. and i will not make it again.

ok so yesterday i went to get the papers to set up a new court date and i have to say that its worse then going to the dmv. but i got them and after i fill them out i have to go back to the court house pay $55 and have it all noterised.

man i just want this over with.
