So we will never see the MCU Quicksilver again?

The only hope I had after Age of Ultron was due to a rather insignificant quote about Quicksilver's power. "He's got increased metabolism...." My thought was that if they wanted, they could bring him back noting that he didn't die but just appeared that way until his metabolism could repair the damage done to him. Kind of a lame way to do it but not completely out of the realm of movie magic. I do also like the Harkness idea above.

There's really no narrative reason to bring him back. And there are so many characters from the comics that they still have left to draw from, there's no need to start reviving old characters that died (excluding the snapped characters, of course).

I really hope we don't get a time travel retcon in Endgame that undoes past events.

As someone who just did an exam for a course on network theory at master's level less than an hour ago I can quite confidently say that directed networks are in fact also networks.

I rather boggle at why anyone would expect otherwise. Yes, stuff in Daredevil and Jessica Jones doesn't show up in the Avengers. Why would it? Its the purely local, small scale heroism of purely local, small scale heroes.
