I can see why the PS3 is so quiet now, very good design for the cooling system, heat pipes and a large surface area.

Top of the cooling system. Shows the passthrough system. Very nice design and by the looks of it could be beefed up quite alot as it is... Of course, noone will really care unil the first custom watercooling install is done (Less than a month from today is my guess... Depends if you need to custom make the waterblocks... which it looks like you will)

I have to hand it to SONY. Its a fairly good internal design (although in usual Sony style its not modder friendly). I already have half a dozen ideas for fixing/improving/messing with the PS3 just from these few pics

The PS3 is like Fat Lee in Battlestar Galactica, it needs to hit the gym and come out with a PSThree. It does look really slick though, the size doesn't bother me anymore.

The Wii is very small. Pics just dont do it justice. I swear to god its about 20% smaller in real life compared to pics.

Plus sticking it next to the fat asses that the X360 and PS3 are also makes it look small

Well I'm sure it's a point in the (-) column but I doubt it's a make or break issue, they didn't not buy the Xbox and 360 because of their size.
