So whos gona be in first scene?

I think we'll see Peter talking to him self like in every movie os Spidey, and then either him as Spider-Man or him with MJ.

Definitely a voice over at the beginning, however I disagree with him going straight to Spider-man/being with MJ. If it follows the same path as the first two, we will see Peter having trouble with some sort of everyday task. I have a feeling it will have something to do with the wedding ring that we see in the teaser.

My guess is it will be like all the Spider-Man movies and open with a theatrical voice over from Peter Parker as we first see Mary Jane as he talks about her. My bet is it opens romantically on that spider web as they make out before they go downtown for MJ's biig Broadway debut. Peter is going to meet her after the show and "give her something" and obviously has an engagement ring for Ms. Watson. Then we settle down and look up at the theater and see Harry Osborn in the crowd at the show. And of course this is going to degrade into Peter standing MJ up and not proposing because afterwards he goes into a free for all with Harry (who I think this in the first 5 minutes will reveal he is talking to Norman and gone insane) and this fight will set a tone for a darker and more fast paced sequel.

Peter then will not propose yet.

I read that Peter does a voice-over talking about Mary Jane, while the camera shows Mary Jane at that play (in SM3, not SM2) that we've seen pics of over the 'net, then he stops and the play continues, then it shows Harry leering at Peter, below (like we've seen in the teaser), then Peter and MJ walk out talking, and she leaves in a cab, then harry comes out of nowhere on his glider and beats up Peter, and eventually rams into that wall, knocking himself out (as a villain) for the rest of the movie (until the end when he helps Spidey beat up Venom and Sandman).

The whole concept of coming to the play and Peter seeing Harry in the crowds would be an awesome beginning. Just the thought has actually gotten me so pumped. I wonder if there will be any uncostumed dialouge before the big battle. We have seen that the one battle does take place with Peter in regular clothing, but what about at the play when they are both in regular clothing?

In regards to the intro, this is another thing I have been wondering. This may have already been brought up.. actually I think I actually read this somewhere before... then again, I like Harry, could have been hallucinating. ANYWAYS, what does everyone think the intro credits are going to be like? The Spider-man 2 ones are unbeatable and despite the fact that I think Spider-man 3 will be an unstoppable force, it will definitely have a run for its money against the second films intro credits.

Here's my guess:
It will be Peter talking about MJ (just like in the other two), on his way to see her play with the wedding ring in his pocket.

He will see Harry in the audience and after the show, Peter will prepare to propose to the women he loves and Harry will come at him, making him lose the wedding ring (as shown in the teaser)

I'm pretty sure it will be the same damn thing with the drawings and re-telling of the story (but just Spider-Man 2)

i'm guessing Alex Ross will do drawings of Spider-Man 2 for the film... and also the 1st one started out with a blue background, the 2nd started out with red... it's inevetable that Spidey will start out with black as the background. :P
