Comics So Wolverine's a daddy-who's the mommy?

In a recent edition of the Avengers, Wolverine was quoted as saying that a similarly dressed hero was his own son. I realise that I don't know EVERYTHING about him , but who was the mother?

daken survived because of his healing factor.

bucky killed her..but as she was dying that dude, i forget his name, the original feral mutant or whatnot, ripped open her stomach and ripped daken out then gave him to a japanese couple to raise
