Somalia is a little **** country that has no government, it's an anarchist state. People with AK-47's walk the streets shooting at one another.

North Korea is a prison of 24 million people and has mine fields for boarders. Not to mention it's ruled by a transgendered midget.

If you had to live in one of those two witch would it be?

Somalia. At least you can leave there, and you can get your own AK-47 or other firearm paraphernelia to defend yourself. Also, you can cross the borders which are not as guarded as NK.
