I'm not sure if I'm remembering right, but wasn't there a point where Batman wore a blue and gray suit with the yellow oval, capsule belt, and no trunks? I think it may have been the late 90s/early 2000s. And when did the oval-less, pouch-belt suit debut in regular continuity?

Batman: The Dark Knight Returns was the first appearance of the pouch utility belt. Batman: Year One was its debut in the post-Crisis On Infinite Earths continuity.
 
Thanks, but I was referring more to the present day stuff, no origin flashbacks or out of continuity flash forwards. I know throughout most of the 90s he had the yellow oval atleast, and I've seen a cover from No Man's land where he has the yellow oval logo and a pouch belt.

I think that would be No Man's Land.
