sony ericson video help

basically i got the sony ericson w850i the other day and put the new dark night teaser, that i downloaded in mp4 format and put it on the phone, so it goes on there ok but its just the audio that plays? is it because of its format?

also its thumbnail i like music symbol, and not the preview of the video.
