If we are going to keep making threads about Sony getting hints from movies of the past (cause one isn't enough), here is my contribution:

Spider-Man is a character who talks trash, and this is a film riddled with puns! Watch the exchanges with Mr. Freeze and the Dynamic Duo and see how a truly awesome scene of dialogue is crafted!

Also, this movie can use some more commercialism. Spider-Man needs to hawk the audience Spider-Cards (don't webswing from home without it!) and other cool products! Maybe even some McDonalds (Batman Forever style)!

I know we have gotten serious actors for these roles, but come on, SPIDER-MAN IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN! With all this talk of feelings, where is the fun! That is why Michael Bay should totally take this franchise and get some fun actor for the roles instead. Who needs character arcs when you have commercialism and fun!!!

Look at Schumacher's Gotham. It is so bright and colorful. Why isn't New York so colorful. SPICE IT UP SONY!!! And the costume is so boring. You know what it needs? NIPPLES!!! Nipples will make Spider-Man's chest look more manly!

Anyways get the hint, and LEARN!!!

(and in case no one gets sarcasm, I am not being serious with this post...just making fun of other threads)

Haha! I was actually just about to post a similar thread, except it would have been Sony: Get a hint! Watch Short Circuit 2!

Regardless, it would have served the same purpose. And I agree with you, Spider-Fan.

I actually liked Short Circuit 2 :o

Childhood movie :oldrazz:

Good idea. Not really, but funny.

They should watch Batman & Robin, Sony will realize how wrong they are getting Spider-man by making it like Nolan's Batman. I mean who here would love to see the Mysterio played by Sylvester Stallone? I would! Food for thought Sony!

Holy thread bump Batman!

I agree. And Dolph Lungren should be Kraven the Hunter!

I think the biggest problem here is that no one has fully taken into account how awesome Chtylok the Che-k'n Kau would be in live action.

Nick Cage has his name all over this.

That is the greatest thing I have ever seen!

That picture is one of the greatest things I've ever seen. This MUST be in a Spider-Man movie.

I want Sandman to make sand puns! The sand witch cometh!!!
