Sooo... How was Scary Movie 4?

Amusing, I prefered it to the third one. Anna Faris is hilarious, she always makes me laugh. Regina Hall also deserves a mention, her parts were the funniest for me. Brokeback spoof was a highlight and of course Leslie Neilsen always amuses. Not all of the jokes work and some are just way too immature but I think its worth a watch for a few chuckles.

Wasn't Dane Cook supposed to be in this movie? I don't remember seeing him in it.

Saw this movie today and I thought it was okay. I liked it better than SM3. One thing I noticed is that King Kong is in the SM4 poster, but is not seen at all in the film. Why put him in the poster and not in the movie?

Did anyone notice that all the night scenes (especially when the people dragged Tom Ryan out of his car) looked like they were shot on video? I don't know how to descripe it, but it looked kinda "cheap". A bit like a tv movie...or was it just bad lightning?

Ugh, it was terrible. All the funny parts were in the trailer. 4/10

I completely forgot about that...

I enjoyed it. Glad they had Debra Wilson as Oprah (she is the queen of Oprah impersonations, she was hilarious when she would play Oprah in skits on Madtv!).

Debra Wilson's in this movie? Why didn't anyone tell me? I love her much a lot. I might just rent this now.

Why is this franchise even called Scary Movie anymore? Half the jokes weren't even from horror flicks.

Scary movie caters to the dumbest viewers there is: Teenagers.
Did anybody else catch the irony of the grammatical error here?

^Maybe he's in the uncut dvd edition.

The movie was the worst to me. It was funny it some parts, but it was too short too.

Michael Madson was the best character. Short part but very funny.

i couldnt stop laughing man that tom cruise on oprah was so funny.

He's going to sue them. :o

I saw this movie with my little sister (I've seen all the previous three movies), and this is what I think:

1-I think the "War of the Worlds" spoof took too much of the screentime. They could have trimmed that down, and focus on more "The Village" and "Saw" spoofs.

The trailers and posters promised to give each movie equal spoof screentime, but there were too few "The Village" and "Saw" spoofs.

2-I don't what the hell that scene at the end was. It wasn't funny, just messed-up and confusing.

No way any person (let alone Tom Cruise) acts that way in real life.

3-I think the movie could have done without the scenes with President Harris, that really didn't add anything to the plot, and weren't ALL that funny to begin with.

I do like that they made fun of The Antichrist, George W, Bush.

4-I also didn't like how the forcibly tried to add the chareacters from the previous movie into this one.

Charlie Sheen didn't have enough screen time, and didn't REALLY spoof Clint Eastwood in "Million Dollar Baby" (in fact, the whole scene was just a generic spoof of boxing movies, and NOT a "Million Dollar Baby" spoof. Did ANYONE say "Mo Cushla" during that scene?),Dominic and the Eminem guy only showed up in photos, and the only reason they brought back Mahalik and C.J. is to spoof "Brokeback Mountain" (what happened to spoofing "The Matrix"?)

5-And they missed out spoofing all the good scenes from the movies. No spoof of the "you got the fridge right in front of you, moron! Don't try to use the condiments you packed!" scene from "War of the Worlds"? No spoof of the barb wire trap in "Saw", or most of the booby traps from "Saw 2"? And they missed out spoofing pretty much all the good parts from "The Village".

6-Oh, and they used the exact same "it's all a big misunderstanding! Let's call of the bloody invasion and be friends, cause love conquers all" touchy-feely happy ending from "Chicken Little". Now that sucks.

I learned that Carmen Electra can look f**kin' sexy taking a s**t.

...:(
