After listening to the tracks, I now understand why that NIN track was used so heavily in promotion. It's not that far off from the original music they made for the film.

Got e-mail that I was one of the first 500. t: It said I'll be getting an extra soundtrack and booklet that's signed.

Got it today, but guess I read the e-mail wrong. I didn't get a cd signed just the booklet. Even my slip that comes with it says list 2 cd's, so they should of just wrote signed booklet. The design of the Special Edition is awesome though. The 3 cards you get with it are the 6 posters of the different characters front and back. They come in a side flip that has a slip. That's were I put my signed booklet too. Can't tell whose autograph is whose. Guess thats a good thing no way anyone could fake their signatures LOL. Also the booklet that comes in the Special Edition is glued to the inside so I guess no one really could fake the signed booklet thats not attached. The booklet is a mid shot of the cover close up. You can see him holding a spear in one hand and the top of his shield in the other. Wish I hadn't seen the last page in the booklet though. Haven't read 300 yet wanted to see the movie first like I did with Sin City.

Anyways that picture looks like a biblical painting. Very poetic and powerful can see why they put it in. Gonna go to my room and listen in surround sound now.t:

sounds cool, I only own a handful of movie soundtracks, and like those I'll see about getting it after I see it.

Anyone that has a dvd player with surround sound. Its a must to listen to it in that to really do it justice. It'll be even better after I see the movie so I can picture the scenes in my head. For now as Zack says in the booklet, "Shut your eyes and see your own movie come to life in your mind. It works for me." LOL

I can't find the Soundtrack anywhere I went to 15 different stores, and they were either sold out or didn't carry it.
I refuse to buy it online, because I like having the physical copy.
