Spider-Man 2.1 Train Scene Recut...He's not Superman!

Spider-Man 2.1 is going to be played tomorrow on FX at 7:00PM.

Actually, that's not the real 2.1. FX only runs a slightly extended cut that recaps spider-man 1 and has additional dialog during the backyard scene after the B-day party. Even some of the shots used in this scene and afterwards don't make it in 2.1.

Wait wait a second. People are complaining about the train hitting him when he clearly fell hundreds of feet and onto a rooftop when he was swinging around earlier in the film? Oh, and don't forget he fell hundreds of feet once again into an alleyway after the planetarium.

I think free falling and slamming into the ground or a roof would be just as nasty as getting hit by a train.

While gravity can hurt from high places Two trains going in the opposite direction of each other at around 100 MPH would hurt alot more.

Yea I turned on the tv and saw that Spider-Man 2 was on (that's what it said on TV GUIDE channel.) I turn to it and what do I see? Hal Sparks talking Spidey's ear off, that scene actually made me crack up. So I had to switch between Jurassic Park, POTC and SM2.1. Good day for movies on tv.

Raimi should have let Toeby ad-lib constantly when playing Spidey, just talk all the time.
