Spider-Man 3 Speculation

Guten tag. I have made this thread to see what others may think of everyones ideas of the ending to Spider-Man 3.

Of course, i wouldn't have made this, if i did not have an idea myself.

With Spider-Man two, they left us hanging with Harry finding Green Goblin's hideout. To me i felt that it was one of the greatest things they could have done, to leave the audience suspended in a net. That ending was a scene that you could watch over and over and speculate what the third installment would be like.

With this in mind, i started thinking. Whats the BIGGEST Character in the 3rd movie? VENOM. Am i right? Well, is it just me or do you think that we'll have to be left hanging once again?

My idea of an ending to this film is similar to the 2nd, which we see a character find power to destroy Spider-Man.

I don't think Eddy Brock will take on the alien Sybiote untill the very end of the movie, in which we see him go through the transfermation, see that clip of Venom we all must have seen by now... and end the movie.

As a director, i think this would be the Ultimate way to leave an audience DY'N to see the 4th movie.

Now, i want to ask all of you. What do you think about this idea, or your very own speculation of the ending?

This ending will be simular to SM1. Spider-Man kicks all the baddies butts, someones funeral, Peter and MJ talk and then Spider-Man swings through the city.

Yeah, I think they'll go that way. They get married, they head to the honeymoon, then Peter senses some problems, and change into his Spidey suit to save the day, just to show how the adventure continues

I think the end of the film will tie most arcs up, maybe leaving space for some new ones to grow -- Curt Conners, for example. As for Venom's transformation being right at the end, I like the idea but it has already been proved that Venom will fight at the construction site -- ala black webbing in the new trailer.

O really? I didn't know of any confirmation of a fight scene. I figured if he is in the movie more then the ending... then yes.

So, do you think that We'll see Venom at the end and Spider-Man will ultimatly defeat him and stopping Venom from ever attaching to Venom as far as the movie franchise goes?

Or, do you think that they'll leave you with the sense that Venom/Eddy will be back?

Since theres alot of talk about TM and KD leav'n, i'd say that they'll kill off any chance of him coming back... just as they kinda killed chances for X-Men to continue in X3

harrys funeral, brock goes to jail and maybe in the cell next to him is cletus cassady [thats if brock lives], the symbiote will live, maybe it will show dr. connors in his science room sticking a needle into his arm, peter and mj get married.

If you're trying to say, that Cletus becomes Carnage from Venom... that would be totally messed up. They're two different alien symbiotes. Its like saying Peter and JJ should be represented by one character.

Plus... they're rivals. So that would kill a potental story.

I'd have to disagree though. They're using a symbiote story now. I've thought about a Venom spin-off where Eddy has to fight Venom and take control of himself, at the same time, fight Carnage and Cassidy who tries to get Eddy to accept Venom. If done right it could work for a movie on its own... no sequals.

But its like sayin Spider-Man should stick to the different Goblins... theres no varity.

^Keep Carnage away! You can't do him justice in a PG-13 movie.

Here's a different idea I haven't read anywhere: What if Harry throws one of those bombs that Norman used to wipe out the OsCorp board at Venom? After Harry gets his mortal wound that would be a good way to get back at the bad guys and to sacrifice himself to save his best friend. Your thoughts?

They complete the ceremony & do the final kiss

A big crowd starts running with cars getting thrown around & all of that stuff

Everyone runs out of the church or down the hilltop

Mary Jane says a catch phrase & they kiss

Peter does the shirt rip since no ones around or paying attention & swings into action

We see the usual Spidey Swinging ending only Spider-Man is doging cars & stuff that are being thrown at him & the like

Spider-Man swings into the camera

In the promos theres a spot where Peter is asking someone for help... i'm hopin its Harry.

harry helps peter in th final battle, right befor peter gets impaled by venom for a second time.

I cant realy see there being a funeral and then a wedding at the end of the film, too much of a contrast. Also the set photos of the funeral, in which we see MJ and Peter, in the last picture she walks away from Peter crying. Plus it would make for quite a drawn out ending (like Superman Returns) and the film's already going to be quite long.

Hm yeah could be. But the thing is, we only saw shots of Peter and Gwen at the funeral...

yeah, thats probably what will happen, but, instead of peter and mj talking, they should get married, peter and gwen are at the funeral, most likley harrys.

I wanna see Venom have an "ambiguous" death, ya know? They're sure he's dead but no body was found. Then as one of the last scenes I wanna see a really fast scene of Eddie in a black outfit boarding a plane for San Francisco, the ticket person saying something like "One way ticket, huh?" and Eddie replying "Yeah, there's nothing left for me here." I dunno, sounds cool.
