I agree with the idea that it is Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat.

I see some fans dismissing that idea because in their mind , " she doesn't look like Black Cat".

I caution fandom to approach her casting with that type of mindset .

Kirsten Dunst wasn't on any fans bingo card to play Mary Jane, when Spiderman was cast in the early 00s.

Emma Stone certainly wasn't the first actress that came to fans minds to play Gwen Stacy.

Heck , Maguire, Garfield, and Holland weren't on fan casting lists to play Peter Parker ,when they were chosen.

So, while she may not be playing Black Cat, I wouldn't dismiss the idea on the ground , "she doesn't look like" what alot of fans may think the character should look like.

All that said, she's a good actress and I'm interested in seeing what role she ends up in.

Yeah I certainly hope not. She's too short as Jean. And they should save the rebooted Jean for the X-Men movie.

Also this is a Spider-Man movie. Did they run out of other superheroes to work with Spider-Man and now its the X-Men's turn? Just no. I don't like the idea of it.

I dont think so cause Jean Grey is an oddball choice for a Spider-Man crossover character. I would actually think Firestar is more likely of the 2. But I am still banking on her being a Spider-Man related character. Probably Black Cat or Gwen Stacy. Not classic version of either, but they made Zendaya MCU MJ, so we gotta take what we know about the characters look classically out of our heads on occasion
