They were very prominant in the classic 90s Spiderman Animated Series but never made it into the live action movies.

Alistair Smythe was featured in ASM 2 , a decade ago, I thought had that series continued , we may very well have seen Spider Slayers .

I haven't heard this new rumor , but I'd be down for it .

I could buy it given that one of the latest rumors was that there were more heroes in the film than just Hulk and Punisher .

She's also a street level-ish character and makes much more sense than Jean Grey.

She'd be another bridge between BND and Avengers : Doomsday.

I'd also be interesting to see Pugh and Holland play off of each other, so , I'd be down for her appearing in BND , if true.

I know that part of the excitement of having Spidey in the MCU is that they can make him interact with other heroes and the larger Marvel universe, I get that.
But man, I do miss having a Spider-Man solo movie with Spider-Man centric characters.

I've seen some people say he's playing Tombstone, to which I say absolutely not. There's no way Disney and Sony are going to risk the backlash of not casting a Black actor with albinism in that role. Unless they make this version just not have albinism, which I also highly doubt.

I somehow think Tramell Tillman may be playing an original character whose part of Damage Control , though I'm thinking that because of his role in Mission Impossible : Final Reckoning .

If the role is a villain whose gonna be around for more than one Spiderman film , he could be would be a wild card : The MCU Norman Osborn .
