Sequels Spider-Man in The MCU question?

As many do I would love Marvel to own the rights to Spider-Man so we can see him in an Avengers movie. But my only concern is that if the rights went back to Marvel they would reboot it again which I don't want them to do. Would it be rebooted again if Marvel did earn the rights again?
