Sequels A question?

Let's say tomorrow Marvel get the rights back will they reboot it again? Because this franchise is still fresh and new and I feel another reboot is still too early come on Spider-Man 3 is only 7 years old do people want to see two reboots in less than 10 years

They could either carry on with the TASM series (if they're allowed) and go ahead and make TASM3 with the same cast or scrap all of that and incorporate a new cast into a future Disney/Marvel film in the near future; maybe a similar approach to how Batfleck will be in BvS and have a Spidey crossover with another character.
