I'll be getting ASM Family, Spider-Man: The Short Halloween, and that's about it.

Man, that Quesada cover is awesome. It's good to see hi going back to his roots as an artist! He used to do some of the best covers, and it looks like he's back to work on it, again!

Those look/sound fantastic! The cover to ASM 593 is very different than the Spidey covers we have been having.

which one is the goblin, harry or norman?
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

" -- Peter Parker withdraws even further into his Spidey identity just in time to come face-to-face (or web-to-wing) with the all-new Vulture!"

We've seen both of these before....:whatever:

First off....
Am I the only one dissappointed or annoyed by the title:
Spider-Man: The Short Halloween?????

Yay, The Spider returns...
Dark brooding Spidey returns, first in the 90's (which i thought was cool)
then again in Black in Black, well only in the Amazing Spider-Man monthly. The other monthlies for all it mattered, he coulda still have been in the Red & Blues

I think they could have thought of a better title for "The Short Halloween" but I'm a big SNL fan so I hope it'll be funny.

Anyone know/think if OMD/Mephisto is gonna be involved with Amazing #600? I'd like to see some sort of consequence for what happened.

Nah, they still havent thought up a good way out of that train wreck just yet. :yay:

I remember seeing something where Slott said Mephisto won't appear in Spider-man for at least 2 or 3 years

I think I remeber an interview with Slott where he said Mephisto was going to be a regular part of BND and when the interviewer asked him more he said he'd said too much. Pretty sure it was something like that, I assumed that it was joke/red herring or that Mephisto is actually one of the new characters or villains. But I don't know...

Holy crap that's an AWESOME cover there for ASM #593!

Looks like another incredible month! :)

24/7 sounds like a better version of that "Peter Parker No More, I am the Spider!" crap from 15 years ago.

I'm sure he was joking, but for what's worth, the big Spider-Man story of next year is supposed to be called "The Sinister 666."

I think its fairly safe to say that Marvel doesnt want Mephisto to ever appear in a spiderman book ever again, after the reactions of OMD. Besides that the previews look pretty good, BND is getting better and better.

yes!! certainly looking forward to this one.:spidey:

I was so relieved when I scrolled down and saw Jackpot that it was for Spider-man Family.
I like how in the Solicit for 595 it doesn't mention it's the start of the American Son arc.
that Quesada cover looks great. the Short Halloween is either gonna be funny or stupid. I hope funny so I don't waste my money.

So jackpot beginnings huh? Surprised that popular notion hit before the screwball limited series.

I like how scrunched up the picture of Wolverine is in the American Son cover.

I'm glad they finally have it working into the book that osborn has pretty much taken over the world. For a while it seemed like Spidey was completely oblivious to osborn since NWTD, which is kind of weird.

666 = Number of the Beast = devil/satan = Mephisto?????

I wonder if the Sinister 666 will consist of some of the more demonic or monstrous villains Spidey has faced in the past...?

Maybe Mephisto warps Spidey's villains into demonic versions of themselves.

Really excited about Mark Waid being back, as well as the inevitable Norman confrontation. It'd be nice if Dark Reign ended in Amazing with Pete kicking Normans ass.
